    Due to courier restrictions Guaranteed Saturday and Next Working Day services are not available to some areas of Scotland and the Isles of England.
    Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or My Hermes.
    Any orders containing pre-order items shall be held until all items are in stock and sent together. If you would like to have these sent out separately then please email our customer services team using our contact form. *An additional postage fee will be required for this.
    A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery, or collect from your local post office.
    Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Curated Kings. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
    If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
      - You provided the wrong address for delivery.
      - There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
      - The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
      - The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
      - Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
